The first counselling session can be daunting and sometimes having an idea about what will happen can allow you to feel more at ease. During your first session, we will talk through an agreement for our work together, we can then discuss your concerns and expectations. I believe that it is important for you to feel comfortable with me, which can enable us to work together effectively through your journey.

I am able to offer online, telephone and in-person counselling from Salisbury. My counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and take place weekly at an agreed time and place.
