Services available
Finding the type of support that feels right for you is an important step. I offer both counselling and supervision sessions in person, online, and by telephone, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs, lifestyle, and professional requirements. If you would prefer to meet face to face, I am able to offer sessions in Ringwood. I’m happy to talk this through during a free initial phone consultation, where we can explore what might work best for you.
Virtual Counselling
I offer counselling sessions via Zoom or telephone, providing flexibility to suit your circumstances. Online or telephone sessions can also form part of a hybrid approach if attending regular in-person sessions becomes difficult, or if you would prefer to alternate once our therapeutic relationship has been established.
Supervision 1.5h
I offer supervision to qualified counsellors, trainees, and those in caring or pastoral roles. I provide a reflective and collaborative space to support ethical practice, professional development, and emotional wellbeing, whether you are at the beginning of your training or more established in your work.
In-Person counselling
If you would prefer to meet face to face, I am able to offer in-person sessions in Ringwood. These appointments provide a calm and confidential space for our work together and can be arranged as ongoing sessions or incorporated into a flexible, hybrid approach alongside online or telephone meetings.
Concession rates for counselling are also available, please ask for more details during your telephone consultation.
Payment options

Some clients find that booking a block of sessions helps them feel more committed to their therapy. If this would be beneficial for you, please let me know, and I can send you an invoice. Block bookings also offer a 5% or 10% discount.

If you're a student counsellor seeking therapy to meet your course requirements, I offer a discounted rate for counselling sessions when booked in blocks of 10.
