Counselling modalities offered
Finding the right type of counselling that works for you is important, In person, Online & Telephone Therapy are available. I am happy to discuss this during a free phone counselling consultation together over the phone. Each counselling session costs £55.00.
Online Counselling
I use Zoom to offer an online counselling service, but you would need to have somewhere private each week.
Telephone Counselling
Some people feel that telephone counselling would work better, this is something I am also able to offer.
In-Person counselling
If you would like to have an in-person appointment I am able to offer these in Ringwood and Salisbury
Concession rates for counselling are also available, please ask for more details during your telephone consultation.
Payment options
Block Payments | Student Concessions
Some clients find that booking a block of sessions helps them feel more committed to their therapy. If this would be beneficial for you, please let me know, and I can send you an invoice. Block bookings also offer a 5% or 10% discount.

Student (10 sessions)
If you are a student counsellor and are looking for counselling as part of your course requirement. I offer counsellors a reduced rate when booking in blocks of 10.
