Counselling Fees
Individual Counselling
£60 per session | 50 Minutes
Sessions are 50 minutes and available in person from my counselling practice in Ringwood, or online via Zoom.
I usually recommend beginning with six weekly sessions, after which we can review how the work is feeling and what you would like moving forward.
Couples & Relationship Counselling
£90 per session | 60 minutes
I offer in-person relationship counselling from my Ringwood practice, providing a calm and neutral space to talk openly, understand patterns and explore your relationship together.
Relationship counselling isn't limited to married or intimate couples. I also work with separating couples, siblings and friends who may benefit from a supported space to talk and better understand one another.
Couples and relationship counselling is available in person only, with appointments available from November 2026.
Clinical Supervision
£40 per | 45-minute session or £80 per | 90-minute session
I offer clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and trainees, providing a collaborative and reflective space to explore client work, professional development and your practice as a therapist.
Supervision can be arranged as either two 45-minute sessions per month or one 90-minute session per month, depending on your needs and professional requirements..
Student & Trainee Rates
I understand that the cost of training can add up, so I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for counselling students and trainees.
These spaces are subject to availability and are intended to make personal therapy and clinical supervision a little more accessible while you are training.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Payment & Cancellations
Your initial appointment is secured once payment has been received.
For ongoing sessions, payment is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
I understand that sometimes plans change. Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will usually be payable.
Full terms are provided before we begin working together.
